Getting the best liveness results
Light, framing and the guided head turn.
Use even, front-facing light and avoid a bright window behind the person.
Keep the face inside the oval. When prompted, turn the head slowly to one side, then to the other, then look at the camera and blink. The guided capture on hosted links and in the dashboard does this for you.
Over the API, send 8 to 16 frames covering that movement (longest side 640 to 720 px) and set challenge=true.
