By clicking "Get Started" or otherwise using the VerifyID verification flow, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using this service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Permitted Use

You agree to use this service only for legitimate identity verification purposes. You must not:

• Submit fraudulent, altered, or forged identity documents
• Attempt to impersonate another individual
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the verification flow
• Attempt to circumvent liveness detection or anti-spoofing measures

4. Accuracy of Information

You certify that all information and documents you provide are genuine, accurate, and belong to you. Providing false information may constitute fraud and may be reported to relevant authorities.

5. Biometric Data Consent

By proceeding with verification, you explicitly consent to the collection and processing of your biometric data (facial image and liveness frames) for the sole purpose of verifying your identity. This consent may be withdrawn by contacting the business that initiated your verification.

6. Service Availability

VerifyID strives to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VerifyID shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the verification service.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the jurisdiction where VerifyID operates.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
