How the go-live review works
Why we review businesses before production access, and how long it takes.
Because VerifyID processes identity documents and biometric data, every business is reviewed before it can verify real people.
After you submit the go-live form, the application appears in our review queue. We check the business details and intended use case, and may schedule a short call or ask for a document.
When the application is approved, your account switches to live and a production API key is created for you. If something is missing we tell you exactly what to change and you can resubmit.
